During a visit to ... last year, I was amazed to see the analysts, each with three monitors on their desks: one for Intellipedia and A-space, one for own organisation and one for internet data mining. Now, in Africa where slow dial-up is still a luxury, this is a far-off dream. Hey, but we're allowed to dream aren't we?
