This is a presentation I delivered at a "Intelligence Strategies for Law Enforcement" conference in March 2010 in Pretoria. The focus was what analysts' role is and what contribution they can make to the fight against crime. I represented the International Association for Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA).
